A dish that looks elegant, tastes great, and is quick and easy. Serve with pasta or rice and a crisp salad, and garlic bread. Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breast halves |
1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts |
10 fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1 (15 ounce) can italian-style stewed tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Put the chicken in a baking dish. 2. Top with artichoke hearts and mushrooms. 3. Cover with stewed tomatoes. 4. Bake at 375ยบ for approximately 40 minutes, or until chicken is done. 5. Serve alone, or on top of pasta or rice. |
