My son came up with this recipe and it's a keeper. Ingredients:
2 slices white bread |
1 slice colby-monterey jack cheese |
1 slice muenster cheese |
1/2 ounce blue cheese, crumbled |
1/4 ounce parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Place the cheese between the two slices of bread. 2. Put in sandwich maker for 3 minutes. 3. If you don't have a sandwich maker, can be grilled on stove in pan using a little butter. |
