Tasty and healthy smoothie packed with vitamins! You may add or change a few of the ingredients to your taste. I cut banana slices and bite-size pineapple pieces and freeze them in advance. Also, I buy organic baby spinach and also freeze them. I make this smoothie every morning before I leave for work and it gives me a good start for the day! Ingredients:
3 pineapple chunks, frozen |
3 slices bananas, frozen |
1 cup baby spinach, frozen |
4 ice cubes |
125 ml cold water |
93 ml danactive immunity dairy drink (any flavor) |
29 g vanilla protein powder (1 scoop) |
1 teaspoon maca (yellow powder) |
1 teaspoon chia seeds |
1 teaspoon coconut oil |
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Enjoy! |
