Exotic Fruit Salad with Coconut and Lime Cream Ingredients:
2 papayas |
1 pomegranate |
400 g lychees |
2 persimmons |
100 g cape gooseberries |
300 ml creme fraiche |
160 ml coconut cream |
1 lime |
Directions:
1. Combine the fruit in a large bowl and set aside. 2. Mix the ingredients for the cream. Arrange the fruit on four plates and serve with the cream on the side and some lime wedges and whole physalis, if you like. |
