Ingredients:
1 cup finely diced fresh pineapple or stemmed sliced strawberries |
2 bananas, sliced |
exotic lime syrup (see recipe below) |
toasted coconut and fresh mint leaves for garnish |
Directions:
1. Center a pile of diced pineapple in the middle of a dessert plate; wreath the pineapple with slices of banana and spoon some exotic lime syrup over the top. Garnish with toasted coconut and fresh mint. |
