                    Evelyn Stout, Alan's sister passed on this recipe. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 eggs, beaten  |  
                                                10 saltine crackers, crumbled in your hands  |  
                                                1/4 cup onion, chopped  |  
                                                1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes (drained)  |  
                                                3 dashes sage, thyme, basil & oregano  |  
                                                2 lbs lean ground beef  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a mixing bowl combine eggs, crackers, onion, tomatoes, spices & beef. 2. Transfer mixture into your favorite meatloaf dish. My dish is about 11 x 9 x 3. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until no pink remains. 4. Top with ketchup.                              |
