If you like a BIG stuffed omelet,this is the one for you.This is not for those who prefer a 'light' meal and are watching calories. I made this for my teenage nephew and he almost burst trying to finish it all! Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1/2 c.shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 c.deli ham,cut into small cubes or strips |
3 large mushrooms,sliced very thin |
3 precooked jimmy dean or bob evans breakfast sausage patties,crumbled |
chopped onion |
4-5 chopped green olives |
salt,pepper,italian seasoning to taste |
butter for skillet |
Directions:
1. Heat butter in skillet. 2. Scramble eggs and add salt/pepper to taste. 3. Pour egg mixture into large skillet and add all ingredients plus 1/2 the cheese. 4. Let cook and fold over into omelet. 5. Add remaining cheese and eat. |
