Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Recipe can be multiplied.
4. Store any unused spread tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to one week.
