12 ounces penne, cooked and drained |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into bite size pieces |
6 plum tomatoes, chopped |
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped |
salt and pepper |
