A delicious cookie with a healthy alternative of applesauce instead of butter and oil. Ingredients:
1 cup applesauce |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1 cup white sugar |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
1 cup oats |
1 cup sweetened coconut |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 cups whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon cream of tartar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup all-bran cereal |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and drop onto light greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 350. |
