Had some left over frosting from the Passion Of Petals Cake and decided to bake some brownies . It turned out well , as the cocoa batter blended just well with the cheese mixture . Ingredients:
1 c self raising flour , sifted |
1/2 c cocoa pwd , sifted |
2 eggs |
3/4 c brown sugar |
1/2 c groundnut oil |
1/2 tbsp chocolate chips |
left over cheese frosting from passion of petals cake |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven at 180 deg C . 2. In a bowl , whisk the eggs and sugar with a spoon . 3. Add the dry ings in . 4. Mix well . 5. Add the oil and mix to combine . 6. Pour in a grease pan . 7. Spread the cheese mixture on top . 8. Sprinkle the chocolate chips . 9. Bake for 40 mins . 10. Cool for 30 mins . 11. Cut into pieces . |
