Almost 30g of Protein and 12g of fiber make this recipe a true winner. It tastes delish and so easy to make. Ingredients:
2 oz. chunk light tuna in water, drained |
1/4 c 1% cottage cheese |
1 egg white |
1/2 c wheat bran |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and fry in a pan. 2. The above ingredients may need to be tweeked a bit, if your burger turns out too runny, simply add more wheat bran. |
