This is a very mild guacamole that I came up with (with much assistance from the recipes on ) for my friend Eva who cannot eat spicy foods. Ingredients:
2 avocados, chunked |
1 lime |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 tomatoes, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine the avocado, juice from the lime, and cumin in a food processor until desired texture is reached. 2. Fold in tomatoes. 3. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. |
