As long as you keep some powdered milk on hand, you can whip this up whenever you run out of evaporated milk for a recipe. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups warm water |
1 cup powdered milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Mix powdered milk and warm water together. 2. Add butter. 3. In a small pan, heat mixture together. 4. Beat well, cool, and store in the refrigerator. |
