It took so much experimenting to get this recipe done that I said euerka! when I finally got it right Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) box corn muffin mix |
1/4 cup flour |
1 vidalia onion |
9 ounces cream-style corn |
1/4 cup buttermilk |
2 eggs |
2 -3 dashes hot sauce |
1 teaspoon honey |
1 cup cheddar cheese |
peanut oil |
Directions:
1. Heat oil inpan or deep fryer. Mix everythig else in big bowl and then scoop with a mini ice cream scoop and drop into hot oil for about 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown. |
