Ingredients:
balsalmic hot sauce |
2 cup(s) fresh cherry tomatoes |
block(s) fresh parmesan cheese |
1 whole(s) grilled red onions |
italian saldad dressing |
3 whole(s) zucchini |
Directions:
1. Chop zuccs in rounds and marinate in oil, salad dressing, Worcestershire sauce and any blend of fresh herbs and spices you'd like. Marinate for as long as possible. 2. Before grilling, give the grill time to get hot. Grill rounds, basting with leftover marinade, until bubbly and 3. charred on each side. Remove and cool. 4. Grill Onion whole, cool. When cooled slice in thin strips. 5. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and set aside. 6. Cut the rounds into halves or quarters and place in a bowl with tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with the balsamic hot sauce and lemon pepper. Mix gently and place in fridge for as long as desired. 7. Before serving, shred fresh Parmesan cheese over top. 8. Enjoy |
