This is a wonderful dessert for coffee lovers Ingredients:
1/2 cup chocolate covered espresso beans |
4 cups coffee ice cream |
1 prepared chocolate crumb pie crust |
caramel sauce |
Directions:
1. Blend expresso beans in blender until finely chopped 2. Add ice cream and blend until smooth 3. Spoon mixture into pie crust 4. Cover and freeze about 2 hours 5. Drizzle with caramel sauce 6. Variation: Before putting on caramel sauce, I sometimes top with whipped topping then drizzle the caramel |
