Ingredients:
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 large head escarole, washed and hand torn
Directions:
1. Whisk together the honey, whole grain mustard, lemon juice, and then stream in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss with the escarole.
