Decadent, Romantic and yummy all at once for 2! Ingredients:
1 large portobello mushroom cap |
2 oz. goat cheese |
6 snails (escargot) |
1/2 cup butter |
herbs of choice ( i prefer herbs de provence) |
Directions:
1. Turn mushroom cap bottom up. 2. Place snails and goat cheese around mushroom in baking dish (Le Creuset). 3. Cut butter into chunks and place around mushroom; sprinkle with herbs...Cover. 4. Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes. 5. Enough for 2 with a beautiful glass of wine and a touch of crusty French Bread...Yum! |
