This dish can be a side dish or a dessert. We usually have it with our Ham on Christmas Day. One of my favorite! Ingredients:
1 cup of butter |
1 1/2 cups of sugar |
3 eggs |
1 large can crushed (drained) pineapple |
1 quart (4 cups) bread cubes |
1/2 pint whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Mix Butter and Sugar. 2. Add beaten Eggs and Pineapple. 3. Mix in Bread Cubes. 4. Add Cream. 5. Pour into 11X7 pan. 6. Refrigerate Overnight. 7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
