This recipe came from a church cookbook and i thought it sounded interesting Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine |
2 cups sugar |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup half-and-half |
2 cups pineapple tidbits |
1 quart breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Cream together butter and suger. 2. Add eggs and half and half. 3. Add pineapple and bread crumbs. 4. Pour into a greased casserole dish. 5. bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes. |
