A nice alternative to the usual ranch dip for a veggie & dip tray. Ingredients:
250 g light cream cheese, softened |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons dried dill |
1/4 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix ingredients together and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight to allow flavours to develop. 2. Serve with baby carrots, sliced zucchini, cucumber, broccoli spears, cherry tomatoes etc. |
