Easy chicken noodle soup made with ready-made organic chicken broth, whole wheat macaroni noodles and leftover chicken. Ingredients:
3 cups uncooked whole wheat macaroni |
12 cups organic chicken broth |
16 ounce chicken breasts, broiled and diced |
3 stalks chopped celery |
12 medium raw baby carrots, diced |
Directions:
1. In a large pot bring stock to a boil. 2. Add pasta and chicken, cooking until pasta is almost al dente. Lower to heat to minimum. 3. Add carrots and celery and simmer for 15-20 minutes more, until carrots are cooked through. |
