Kathryn's family always eats this at the beach Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
1 ounce lemon juice |
2 tablespoons black pepper |
1 teaspoon hot sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons garlic, minced |
3 lbs shrimp |
3 lemons, sliced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. Combine first 8 ingredients and stir to combine. Put the shrimp and lemon slices in a 9 x13 baking dish and pour the mixture over the them. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until pink, stirring every 6-8 minutes. Serve with French bread. |
