This was my breakfast that my daugher who was a personal trainer and dieticain. On this diet she made for me I lost 100 pounds over one summer. Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal, made with only water and oats |
1/2 cup cottage cheese |
splenda to sweeten with |
1 tablespoons chopped peacans |
Directions:
1. Make up your oatmeal with water, NOT milk, do not add salt. 2. Add cottage cheese and splenda. 3. Top with chopped pecans. 4. Enjoy! |
