Erika's Amazing Brussel Sprouts |

Quick and easy side dish that tastes amazing. You can also add bacon to the finished dish, or use green beans instead of brussel sprouts. Ingredients:
1 lb brussels sprout |
4 tablespoons butter |
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Clean brussel sprouts. 2. In a large pot steam Brussel sprouts for 10-15 minutes. 3. In a frying pan, melt butter and add garlic. 4. Cook on low, letting the butter infuse with the garlic while sprouts are steaming. 5. Add the Brussel sprouts to butter and turn heat up to medium. 6. Sauté until caramelized, being careful not to burn the garlic. 7. Salt and pepper to taste. |
