Whole grain tortillas, lo-cal sauce, and fat free cheese - any questions?
Ingredients:
4 servings (2 cup) eric's healthy all-purpose pizza/pasta sauce
4 low carb tortillas
4 servings (1 cup) fat free mozarella cheese
Directions:
1. fold and tear tortillas in half
2. place all 8 tortilla halves on baking sheet(s)
3. bake plain tortilla halves at 400 degrees for 10 minutes - remove from oven
4. distribute sauce evenly over each tortilla half
5. distribute cheese evenly over each tortilla half
6. bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes (until cheese is melted)
