Protein Cookies that don't use flour! Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3 cups rolled oats |
3 scoops vanilla protein powder |
1/4 cup pecans |
1/4 cup almonds |
2 tablespoons flax seeds |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
3 egg whites |
1/2 cup smart balance omega plus |
1/4 cup flaked coconut |
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 18 minutes. |
