This is an easy salad with everyday ingredients. By adding shredded, cooked chicken or cooked shrimp, turns this salad into a full meal. Recipe from Lawry's Foods, Inc.
Ingredients:

5 cups lettuce, torn (combination or romaine and iceberg)
1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
1 7 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
dressing
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. lawry's garlic powder with parsley
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients. Refrigerate.
2. To make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, combine ingredients with a whisk.
3. To serve, gently toss greens and dressing. Serve on individual salad plates.
