Enhanced Chocolate Gooey Butter Cake |

This is easier to make than the Pumpkin one, but has more calories and fat. Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix |
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature |
2 eggs, divided |
1 916oz) box powdered sugar |
1 (8oz) cream cheese, room temperature |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease a 9x13 inch pan
3. In a large bowl, beat together cake mix, butter and 1 egg until well combined
4. Pat into pan
5. Set aside 2 tabls powdered sugar
6. In another large bowl, beat together the remaining sugar, cream cheese and the remaining egg
7. Pour over the chocolate batter
8. Bake 35 minutes
9. Let cool completely, then sprinkle top with reserved 2 tabls powdered sugar
