Family Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 lb butter, heat until bubbly (on high) |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
2 tablespoons water |
1/4 lb almonds, blanched, skinned & halved |
1 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Cook & stir until almonds start to turn brown. Pour into buttered pan. 2. Let cool slightly then sprinkle chocolate chips over top. 3. Let soften and then spread with spoon. Cool and break into pieces. |
