English Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

5 tablespoons butter, softened

1 egg white, stiffly beaten

1 1/2 cups ripe strawberries, crushed

1 tablespoon kirsch

Directions:

1. Cream together sugar and butter.
2. Add egg white.
3. Fold in strawberries and kirsch.
