1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar |
5 tablespoons butter, softened |
1 egg white, stiffly beaten |
1 1/2 cups ripe strawberries, crushed |
1 tablespoon kirsch |
Directions:
1. Cream together sugar and butter. 2. Add egg white. 3. Fold in strawberries and kirsch. |
