Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs ground beef |
5 -6 celery ribs, sliced |
1 large onion, chopped |
1 cup catsup |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
1/2 tablespoon chili powder |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon accent seasoning |
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup |
1 (10 ounce) can chicken gumbo soup |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
12 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Brown meat; drain off fat. 2. Place meat in roasting pan and mix well with all other ingredients. 3. Cover and bake 2 hours at 300°. 4. Stir occasionally. 5. Serve on buttered warm hamburger buns. |
