Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs ground beef
5 -6 celery ribs, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup catsup
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon accent seasoning
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (10 ounce) can chicken gumbo soup
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons brown sugar
12 hamburger buns
Directions:
1. Brown meat; drain off fat.
2. Place meat in roasting pan and mix well with all other ingredients.
3. Cover and bake 2 hours at 300°.
4. Stir occasionally.
5. Serve on buttered warm hamburger buns.
