1/2 cup butter, softened |
3/4 teaspoon dijon mustard |
4 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled |
4 -6 english muffins, split |
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine butter and mustard; stir in bacon. 2. Toast english muffins; spread with bacon butter. 3. Refrigerate any leftover butter. |
