Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
3/4 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
6 english muffins, halved |
Directions:
1. Cream butter in a small mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients, except muffins, beating well. Spread butter mixture evenly over cut sides of muffins. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heating element until bubbly and lightly browned. Cut each muffin half into fourths. |
