Another toastie idea. Ingredients:
1 english muffin, split |
2 teaspoons whole grain mustard |
1 ounce wafer thin ham |
1 ounce gruyere cheese, sliced |
Directions:
1. Lightly toast muffin halves. Spread each half with mustard. Top with ham and gruyere cheese and grill/broil under medium low heat 2-3 minutes until bubling. (watch carefully). |
