English Muffin Breakfast Panini

Great for breakfast on the run
Ingredients:
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
2 english muffins
2 slices reduced-fat cheddar cheese
2 turkey sausage patties
Directions:
1. Preheat Panini Press.
2. Cook eggs as for an omelet.
3. Place one side of english muffin cut side up on work surface.
4. Top each with 1 slice cheese, cooked egg whites, then turkey sausage.
5. Top with other half of english muffin and place on panini press.
6. Close and bake for 3-4 minutes.
7. Let rest of 2-3 minutes and enjoy!
