English Indian Restaurant Mint Sauce

savoury cold sweet sauce found in British Indian restaurants, used as an accompaniment. It's very moreish and I experimented for ages to arrive at something that is as good as that found in a restaurant.
Ingredients:
400 g plain yogurt
8 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
300 g milk, for thinning
80 g english mint sauce
1 crushed garlic clove
1 inch fresh ginger, skinned & crushed
Directions:
1. Mix all well and leave for at least hour to let flavours meld.
