A healthy mixture of peanut butter, flax seed, wheat bran, and raisins. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups peanut butter |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup chopped peanuts |
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds |
1 tablespoon wheat bran flakes |
1/2 cup mini chocolate chip |
Directions:
1. In a small chopper, blend the raisins to a paste like consistancy. In a seperate. 2. bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients. When it is mixed mix in the raisins. When mixed together put into 2 oz. containers. Yummy! Does not need to be refridgerated. |
