Here is a wonderful tasty healthy drink- Great for a quick breakfast. Drink now or refrigerate Ingredients:
8 ounces ripe mangoes |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) container vanilla-flavored soymilk |
2 teaspoons honey |
Directions:
1. Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the pit. 2. Place the Mango flesh in a blender and process it a bit. 3. Slowly pour in the Soy Milk with the blender on Add honey Process until very smooth Enjoy. |
