Used to make these a lot. Makes a great snack. Use your choice of nuts. Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey, warm |
4 tablespoons peanut butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
2 tablespoons wheat germ |
1 tablespoon brewer's yeast |
1 tablespoon molasses |
1 1/2 cups sesame seeds |
1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Stir and mix well the first nine ingredients. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix with hands. 3. Pat into 9 X 12 inch greased pan. 4. Bake at 300 deg. for 20-30 minute. 5. Cool and cut into bars. |
