Used to make these a lot. Makes a great snack. Use your choice of nuts.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey, warm
4 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon brewer's yeast
1 tablespoon molasses
1 1/2 cups sesame seeds
1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Stir and mix well the first nine ingredients.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix with hands.
3. Pat into 9 X 12 inch greased pan.
4. Bake at 300 deg. for 20-30 minute.
5. Cool and cut into bars.
