freeze well Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup rolled oats |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
2/3 cup water |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate |
1/2 cup raisins |
2 tablespoons coconut flakes |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients and set aside. 2. Combine liquids then add dry ingredients, stirring until gooey. 3. Add dried fruit and coconut flakes. 4. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased pan and flatten slightly. 5. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes until golden. |
