This is GOOD STUFF. Talk about tons of antioxidents, fiber, healthy sugar, and calcium. It'll give you an energy kickstart AND it's very low-cal for a smoothie this tasty! :) Ingredients:
3/4 cups frozen blueberries |
1 small banana |
9 strawberries |
6 ounces yogurt, carb master |
3/4 cup skim milk |
1 teaspoon honey |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend on high until the drink is consistant throughout. 3. Pour into 3 glasses and voila! Delicious, healthy smoothie, comin' up! |
