Energy Bites (Mock Larabar)

Energy bars like Larabars are expensive ($1.75/bar) to buy. But you can easily make them using healthy ingredients. I made mine into small bites, vs. a bar. You can vary the ingredients using chopped dates, dried cherries or raisens or whatever dried fruit you have on hand. Yesterday at Costco I bought dried spiced apples and cranberries for under $3. I also buy my dried blueberries at Costco. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dried cranberries and spiced apple (costco)
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1/2 cup mixed nuts
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Pour into a bowl and shape into small round balls. (I use a cookie scoop).
3. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap.
4. Enjoy.
