Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 beaten eggs
1 cup soymilk
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup flax seed
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
2. Stir together flour, salt, brown sugar, and baking powder.
3. In separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, and oil.
4. Combine both sets of ingredients.
5. Stir in peanut butter, cranberries, almonds, wheat germs, and flax seed.
6. Pour into a greased 9 x9 pie tin.
7. Bake for 20 minutes.
8. Let cool and cut into bars.
