Endive Boats With Smoked Salmon

I had these at a local restaurant This is my version
Ingredients:
6 ounces smoked salmon, dry smoked
8 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons red onions, finely chopped
3 -4 heads belgian endive
Directions:
1. In a food processor chop salmon.
2. Add cream cheese and lemon juice, blend until smooth
3. Add capers and red onion and pulse until blended.
4. Carefully separate leaves from heads.
5. Put Smoke Salmon mixture into a piping bag and pipe onto the Endive leaves
6. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use. You can make these hours ahead they stand up very well.
