End of the Line Ham Casserole |

Steaming hot casserole using left over ham with potatoes topped with bubbly Parmesan cheese. Ingredients:
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup |
1/2 cup milk |
ground black pepper to taste |
2 potatoes, sliced |
1 onion, sliced |
2 cups cooked ham, diced |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. In an 8x8 inch casserole dish, combine cream of celery soup with milk and a good grind of pepper. Layer potato slices, onion slices and ham on top and cover. Bake for 1 hour. Remove cover and sprinkle with parmesan or other grated cheese. Bake uncovered for another 20 minutes. |
