Wonderful!!! The oven does the work. Asparagus or fresh spinach is super with this. An old recipe of mine. Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts |
salt and pepper |
1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup cooking sherry |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
Directions:
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. 2. Brown in melted margarine. 3. Place in a shallow casserole. 4. Mix remaining ingredients in skillet and pour over chicken. 5. Cover and bake at 350* for 55-60 min, or until chicken juices run clear. |
