Quick and easy enchilada recipe, the recipe is on the enchilada sauce can! You can substitute your own shredded chicken for the canned kind. Ingredients:
5 oz canned chicken |
10 oz old elpaso red enchilada sauce |
2 cups shredded cheese |
560 g torillas |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Mix chicken, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup enchilada sauce in bowl 3. Grease baking pan and then place desired amount of chicken mixture in torillas and then roll the tortilla and place it in the pan 4. Spread remaining enchilada sauce on rolled torillas 5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top 6. Cover pan with tin foil and bake in oven for 25 minutes 7. Uncover pan and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
