This is the best and everyone keeps coming back for more. Ingredients:
3 cooked, boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, shredded/pulled |
2 (8 ounce) packages light cream cheese, softened |
4 green spring onions, finely sliced/chopped |
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chili peppers |
1-1/2 tsp. garlic, minced |
1 tsp. cilantro, chopped |
1 tbsp. chili powder |
1 tsp. cumin |
1 tsp. dried oregano |
1 tsp. paprika |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, light cream cheese(I like to whip the cream cheese first), green onions, diced tomatoes with green chili peppers, garlic and cilantro. 2. Season with chili powder, cumin, oregano and paprika. 3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. 4. Chill time is cooking time. |
